The space This home is a perfect blend of beauty and comfort sparkling clean, modern, and luxurious. It features a fully appointed kitchen, a pristine infinity pool, and a beautiful garden. The entire apartment is air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi and is situated in a safe, private complex with 24/7 camera surveillance, supported by housekeeping, service staff, and security. The space is designed for your comfort, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven/microwave, gas stove, crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster, and fresh tea and coffee supplies. Pool towels, bath linen, and essential toiletries are also provided. For your entertainment, the apartment is equipped with a smart TV. If you enjoy cooking, we can direct you to local and artisanal produce. We love music, however, we love our neighbours’ privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 9:00 pm. Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area. Pool Hours: 8:00AM - 8:00PM The property manager would be available in case of any issues, but we do have to respect their working hours as well. Number of occupants are to be strictly followed. The cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Apartment however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience. Please note that room cleaning services are available once a day between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Kindly inform us a day prior in advance to schedule your preferred time. Security deposit of INR 10000/-will be collected at the time of check in and refunded 48 hours after check out. Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.
