Guest access Whether you're a solo traveler or part of a group, you'll have full access to the entire house, including its outdoor and common areas. The fully furnished kitchen is available for your use at no extra charge. You’ll also have access to a well-equipped gym for your workouts, as well as a restaurant within the complex to cater to your dining needs. Car parking is available on-site on first come first serve basis. Other things to note It's a humble request to follow the house rules to have an amicable stay. Check in: 3:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am (Late checkout/ early check in, is subject to availability). We love music, however, we love our neighbours’ privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 9:00 pm. Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area. The property manager would be available in case of any issues but we do have to respect their working hours as well. Number of occupants are to be strictly followed. Pool Hours: 8:00AM - 6:00PM The cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Apartment however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience. Please note that room cleaning services are available once a day between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Kindly inform us a day prior in advance to schedule your preferred time. Security deposit of INR 5000/-will be collected at the time of check in and refunded 48 hours after check out. Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.
