The space As you enter the villa, you'll find a modern kitchen on the ground floor, fully equipped with all the appliances you need. The living area opens directly to the pool, ideal for a refreshing morning swim or a peaceful afternoon by the water. The large windows that allow natural light to flood in, offering a direct view of the pool. The dining area is ideal for enjoying meals, with an open sky view that fills the space with sunlight and overlooks the garden and swimming pool. The private pool area includes an outdoor seating space, perfect for morning dips, coffee breaks, or evening drinks. The ground floor features the first bedroom, which has an attached bathroom and a pool view, creating a serene atmosphere right from your bedroom window. The villa is fully air-conditioned with complimentary Wi-Fi, and each room is bathed in abundant natural light. Moving upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms, each with attached bathrooms. The second bedroom features both an indoor and outdoor shower, adding an extra touch of luxury to your stay. The third bedroom includes a private balcony, perfect for enjoying the morning sunlight or evening breeze. It also comes with a television and a jacuzzi bathtub, offering ultimate relaxation. The second floor also features a seating area with transparent glass, providing a stunning view of the living room below and an open sky view above, allowing ample sunlight to fill the space – perfect for stargazing at night. The fully furnished kitchen is available for your use at no extra charge, perfect for preparing meals or snacks at your convenience. A locker is provided for securing your valuables, and a separate bar refrigerator is available to store your glasses and bottles. Daily housekeeping services and free on-site parking are also included. Other things to note Casa 2565 is curated with lots of love. It's a humble request to follow the house rules to have an amicable stay. Check in: 3:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am (Late checkout/ early check in, is subject to availability and charges). Age group: This place is meant for a calm & soothing getaway for families, we shall prefer families / couple’s, office gatherings. Parties & Events: We love music; however, we love our neighbours’ privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 9:00 pm. Cook will provided for breakfast at INR 1000/- per day, groceries to be charged on actuals (8:30 AM to 10:30 AM). We can arrange a chef for extra charge who can help with delicious food for the other meals of the day. Your caretaker will be with you from (8 am-7 pm) however, anytime beyond 7 pm will be charged @1000/- per 2 hours. Number of occupants are to be strictly followed. The entire villa cleaning is done every day, and linen changed every alternate day. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience. Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities. Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be settled at the time of check out. The property manager and caretaker would be available in case of any issues but we do have to respect their working hours as well. The property holds the right to cancel any bookings if needed.
